Domestic Shipping (Pakistan)

• Standard shipping rate: Rs. 250 on all orders.
• Delivery time: 2–4 business days nationwide.
• Urgent deliveries: Contact us directly for expedited options.
• We’ll inform you promptly via SMS or phone if any item is out of stock or delayed.

International Shipping

Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority.
Everwell accepts returns only if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns:

• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• A return request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice) is required.

How to Request a Return:

1. Email us with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product.
2. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions for sending the item back.
3. Upon verification, you will receive a credit voucher equal to the returned item’s value.

Please note:

• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
• Products bought during promotions or sales cannot be returned unless faulty.
• Due to hygiene and product integrity reasons, we do not offer product exchanges.

Order Cancellations
