Shipping Policy

At Everwell, we aim to deliver your products swiftly, safely, and with complete transparency.

Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation via message or call with your order details. Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

Domestic Shipping (Pakistan)

  • Standard shipping rate: Rs. 250 on all orders
  • Delivery time: 2–4 business days nationwide
  • Urgent deliveries: Please contact us directly for expedited shipping options
  • In case of any stock unavailability or delays, our team will inform you promptly via SMS or phone

International Shipping

For international orders, please contact us via Email or WhatsApp to receive a shipping quote based on your destination and order size.

Delays & Support

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen courier issues or weather conditions may cause delays.

Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority.

Everwell accepts returns only if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice) is required

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us with:
    • Your order number
    • Reason for return
    • Clear photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect product
  2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions
  3. After verification, a credit voucher equal to the returned item’s value will be issued

Please Note

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer
  • Products purchased during promotions or sales are non-returnable unless faulty
  • Due to hygiene and product integrity reasons, exchanges are not offered

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please inform us as soon as possible via Email or WhatsApp.

  • Orders not yet shipped can be canceled for a full refund
  • Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be canceled
